Faraday Lead Intelligence

A lead is the rare moment a homeowner is shopping.

Most homeowners won't replace a roof, windows, or a furnace for years. When one fills out a form, your intake flow has seconds to decide whether to keep them. It decides with rules nobody has checked against what sold. Lead Intelligence checks them.

What your flow can't see

  1. The homeowner who comes back

Many flows reject a phone number they've seen in the last 90 days. But a homeowner who fills out a second form is still shopping, maybe because nobody called them back the first time. Lead Intelligence counts how often that happens and whether they went on to buy.

  2. Whether a rule costs you sales

A rejected lead never reaches your CRM, so you never see whether it would have sold. Lead Intelligence compares the homeowners each rule rejects with the ones you sold.

  3. The household behind the form

Whether they own the home, and how long they've lived there. A renter can't sign for a new roof.

  4. Cost per sale

The invoice shows price per lead. A cheap source can cost more per sale than a costly one, and most flows can't tell you which.

How it works

  1. Add a few steps

Add them to the lead intake platform you already use: one at the end of your flow, and one above each rule you want checked. They answer right away and never reject a lead or change where it goes.

  2. Tell us what sold

Have your CRM send us which leads set an appointment and which sold.

  3. Get your rules

After 90 days you get a short list of changes: leads to stop rejecting, leads to start rejecting, and paid checks to drop. Each one is a rule you can turn on in your flow.

Early access

We're opening Lead Intelligence to a small group of lead buyers first. They get their first 90-day report free.

We're at Lead-to-Customer in Nashville this week. We'll follow up after the show.
